David E. Wooster had a vision for a company with a collaborative and client involved approach. In the late 1980’s, Charles A. Wooster continued his father’s vision to create a company with a passionate and continuous drive for quality, engineering soundness and integrity. Amassing over 25 years of traffic engineering experience, Mr. Wooster has developed a widely respected reputation of providing straightforward solutions with unwavering integrity to all of the clients he serves. This reputation is what David E. Wooster and Associates was founded upon and it is enhanced by the engineering team that he has selected.
Mr. Crosby currently serves as David E. Wooster and Associates' Vice President. Mr. Crosby has accrued more than 15 years of highway construction and design experience. Since joining the firm in 2004, Mr. Crosby has utilized this experience to lead our design team. He is responsible for the performance of all design projects including day to day operations, highway construction plans, highway occupancy permit application packages and traffic signal plans.
Mr. Andrewsh currently serves as a Senior Design/Traffic Engineer for David E. Wooster and Associates. In 2008, he returned to the firm where his career began. Throughout his 15-year career he has amassed a wide variety of experience in the fields of highway design, transportation and traffic engineering. Mr. Andrewsh uses his wide array of experience to provide our clients with both design and traffic engineering services. As such he is able to serve as a liaison between the two units and provide quality control and project coordination.
Mr. Hill currently serves as David E. Wooster and Associates’ Senior Traffic Engineer and is responsible for the day-to-day operations in the State College office. Since joining the company in December 1997, Mr. Hill has gained a vast array of traffic engineering, transportation, and traffic signal design experience. Utilizing all of this experience, he leads our State College traffic unit and oversees the performance of all traffic studies and related items as well as traffic signal designs for the firm’s State College office.
Mr. Hill is a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers, as well as an active member of the Mid-Atlantic Section of the Institute of Transportation Engineers.
Ms. Wooster joined David E. Wooster and Associates full time in 1991 and serves as the Office and Accounting Manager. Ms. Wooster is responsible for all client billing, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, human resources, taxes and purchasing for the company. She ensures a complete and regulatory compliant accounting system for the firm by working independently with the company’s Certified Public Accountant, Insurance Agents, Financial Consultants and Bankers. As Human Resource Manager, Ms. Wooster serves as an advocate for the firms’ employees and constantly strives to uphold their best interests.
