Mr. Crosby, Vice President of David E. Wooster and Associates, has more than 20 years of highway construction and design experience. Since he joined the firm in 2004, Mr. Crosby has utilized this experience to lead our design team. He is responsible for the performance of all design projects including day-to-day operations, highway construction plans, highway occupancy permit application packages and traffic signal plans.

Senior Design/Traffic Engineer

​Mr. Andrewsh is a Senior Design/Traffic Engineer for David E. Wooster and Associates. In 2008, he returned to the firm where his career began. Throughout his 25 year career he has amassed a wide variety of experience in the fields of highway design, transportation and traffic engineering. Mr. Andrewsh uses his wide array of experience to provide our clients with both design and traffic engineering services. As such he is able to serve as a liaison between the two units and provide quality control and project coordination. Mr. Andrewsh is a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers.

Senior Traffic Engineer

​Mr. Hill, a Senior Traffic Engineer with David E. Wooster and Associates, is responsible for the day-to-day operations in the State College office. Since he joined the company in December 1997, Mr. Hill has gained a vast array of traffic engineering, transportation, and traffic signal design experience. Utilizing all of this experience, he leads our State College traffic unit and oversees the performance of all traffic studies and related items as well as traffic signal designs for the firm’s State College office. Mr. Hill is a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers as well as an active member of the Mid-Atlantic Section of the Institute of Transportation Engineers.

​Mr. Haydo, a Senior Traffic Engineer with David E. Wooster and Associates, responsible for the day-to-day management of the Pittsburgh office's traffic engineering unit. Since he joined the company in January 2013, Mr. Haydo has focused on the preparation of traffic studies, coordination with public agencies, participation in public meetings, and managing the David E. Wooster and Associates' data collection team. Mr. Haydo serves as the primary point of contact for all traffic-related projects in the firm's Pittsburgh office.​

​Mrs. Wooster joined David E. Wooster and Associates full time in 1991 and serves as the Office and Accounting Manager. Mrs. Wooster is responsible for all client billing, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, human resources, taxes and purchasing for the company. She ensures a complete and regulatory compliant accounting system for the firm by working independently with the company’s Certified Public Accountant, Insurance Agents, Financial Consultants and Bankers. As Human Resource Manager, Mrs. Wooster serves as an advocate for the firms’ employees and constantly strives to uphold their best interests
