Entry Level Traffic Engineer



  • Highway Capacity Software (HCS)
  • SYNCHRO
  • PetraPro
  • TraxPro
  • AutoCAD




Civil Engineer II

 


  • BS in Civil Engineering
  • 3-5 years experience with roadway design
  • EIT required, PE registration preferred
  • AutoCAD and Civil 3D experience required
  • Traffic signal design, highway occupancy permit and storm water design experience a plus
  • Applicant must possess strong technical and communication skills

 




Civil Engineer II

 


  • BS in Civil Engineering
  • 4-6 years Traffic Engineering experience
  • PE required
  • Synchro and HCS software a must
  • 2 years project management experience
  • Traffic signal design experience a plus
  • Applicant must possess strong technical and communication skills



 


Senior CAD Operator/Designer (Civil 3D)

 


  • Associates Degree in Drafting/CAD
  • 5+ years experience with AutoCad/Civil 3D
  • Highway and/or Site Development experience and familiarity with highway engineering concepts
  •  Understanding of PennDOT standards and criteria
  • Traffic signal design experience a plus
