• SHEETZ CHESWICK - Traffic Impact Assessment and Highway Occupancy Permit for roadway improvements along Pittsburgh Street and North Highland Avenue in Cheswick Borough, Allegheny County, PA

• SHEETZ UNITY - Traffic Impact Assessment and Highway Occupancy Permit for roadway improvements at the intersection of SR 0030 with Smiths Hill Road in Unity Township, Westmoreland County, PA

• SHEETZ SLIPPERY ROCK - Traffic Impact Assessment and Highway Occupancy Permit for roadway improvements at the intersection of Main Street and Franklin Street / New Castle Street in Slippery Rock Borough, Butler County, PA

• SHEETZ ROCHESTER - Traffic Impact Assessment and Highway Occupancy Permit for access along Adams Street (SR 0068) in Rochester Borough, Beaver County, PA

• MEADOWS CASINO OUTPARCEL DEVELOPMENT - Transportation Impact Study for the development of 6 parcels of land at the entrance to the Meadows Casino in North Strabane Township, Washington County, PA

• NAPPIE'S FOOD SERVICE - Traffic Impact Study for the proposed 2-phase expansion to their existing distribution center in North Fayette Township, Allegheny County, PA

• BROUGHTON ROAD / CURRY HOLLOW - Allegheny County, PA, Design of Temporary Traffic Signals during all phases of construction. Project duration expected to last through June 2013.

• SHEETZ NORTH UNION - Highway Occupancy Permit for roadway and signal improvements along SR 0051, North Union Township, Fayette County, PA.

• PINE-RICHLAND - Traffic Impact Study and Highway Occupancy Permit for roadway improvements signal installations along Warrendale Road and Babcock Blvd, Pine Township, Allegheny County, PA.

• PARK PLACE AT THE MEADOWS ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS AND TRAFFIC SIGNAL CONTROL - South Strabane Township, Washington County, PA.

• SLIPPERY ROCK UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION AND RBI DEVELOPMENTS - Traffic Impact Study and Highway Occupancy Permit for roadway improvements and signal installation along Franklin Street and Grove City Road, Slippery Rock Borough/Township, Butler County, PA.

• SHEETZ MT. NEBO - Traffic Impact Study and Highway Occupancy Permit for the roadway improvements along Mt. Nebo Road and Red Mud Hollow Road in Ohio Township, Allegheny County, PA.

• ADVENTURE DEVELOPMENT - McCandless Town Center Development, completion of Phase 1 has led to the second phase of development which consists of 1,000,000 square feet of mixed-use development.
